Olive & resin art / serving board with acer leaves & brass shavings

WOW what a stunning piece of olive wood! It's rustic charm has been combined with clear resin, autumn acer leaves and a sprinkling of brass shavings. The end result is a completely unique, statement piece of art, which can also be used to create a table centre or to display and serve your cheese at a dinner party.
 
The leaves were collected from my garden in Sevenoaks, dried and varnished (to maintain the colour), before being set in the resin.
 
The board measures 38cm x 25cm and is treated with food safe Odies Oil, which resists stains, moisture, and water as well as wine, oil, grease, saliva, and juice etc.
