Mappa burr & wheat sheafs in resin serving board

Mappa burr, also known as European Black Poplar, is a highly decorative wood with a distinctive burr pattern. It's heartwood is light brown to brown with reddish-black spots, with occasional streaks of pink and orange.
 
This unique serving board combines a piece of mappa  and dried sheafs of wheat, set in clear resin. It would make a beautiful addition to any home as a piece of art or as a serving board.
